fairycakes is a nice person off of the [wonderful] popjustice messageboards. her blog is saccharine, but in a good way.
york pete isn't from york. but he is an urban sophisticate. ergo, his site is dead classy. according to him, ontheturn is the longest blog in the world.
at times, rubbish gays is perhaps the best thing on the whole wide world wide web. at others, its just funny and angry.
for bennet-esque snippets of stolen conversation, in passing cannot be beat.

i have no idea of what office life is like. but call centre confidential paints what i imagine to be an accurate picture of what its like. i've been reading this since i started blogging. no mentioned in the guardian awards newcomer, me.
my friend amy keeps more of an online diary than a blog per se. worth reading, mind.
